Duties:
- Oversee warehouse operations, including procurement, materials management, order fulfillment, and dispatching.
- Manage fleet of vehicles and ensure efficient fleet management.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Company system or similar warehouse management systems. Manages/Oversees deliveries and releases in company’s day to day operations
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment. Reports unsafe conditions, damage (s) or missing items from all CMO facilities when discovered report them immediately.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse distribution processes.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and organization for maximum efficiency.
- Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, materials management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
