Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, with a strong emphasis on job costing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
Utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
Employ Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
Oversee job costing processes to ensure accurate project financial tracking.
Prepare and process payroll in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required.
Strong understanding of job costing principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
