We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Secretary to join Louis and Clark Contracting Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in invoicing, data entry, bookkeeping, call handling, coordinating, and scheduling. While experience in the construction industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with accounts payable and fundamental accounting principles
Familiarity with the construction and remodeling industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Proficiency in QuickBooks and fluent with PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suites, is required.
