Responsibilities include:
- Light electrical work
-Light plumbing work
-Painting
-Cleaning
-Tile setting
-Other Maintenance related duties
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in maintenance or property management
-Strong attention to details
-Ability to work independently and teamwork
-Good communication skills (Preferably speak both English & Spanish language)
- If has own transportation - preferably a van or truck
