The Lead Technician will be an integral part of the creation and implementation of our operations systems and will work with and oversee other technicians to ensure we always meet our client’s expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS
The Lead Technician must be highly organized, hardworking, detail oriented, positive and patient. Great communication and organizational skills are a must. The Lead Technician must be equipped to train and lead other technicians to ensure our services always meet customer expectations. Must speak fluent English and Spanish, have a clean driving record and be able to drive a small box truck.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP/WORK SCHEDULE
It is expected that the Lead Technician will work approximately 25-40 hours a week and will be available from 8:00am -4:00pm Monday through Friday.
