We are a family-owned Paint Factory & Store in business over 50 years looking for someone to operate our store counter. It can be a fast-paced environment at peak hours and multi-tasking will be a necessity.
Responsibilities include:
Customer service: Answer incoming phone calls, assist walk-in customers, process orders, Respond to emails in timely manner. Help customers find colors & products, answer questions, and resolve issues. Move with a sense of urgency while paying attention to the details.
Store operations: Keep shelves stocked and organized, maintain store cleanliness, assist with inventory, maintain register, paint samples, and support management.
Job responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business
Skills and qualifications
Able to communicate professionally with others.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods along with bending and reaching when necessary.
Must be able to lift/carry heavy items/buckets up to 65lbs daily.
Strong organizational skills with a passion for details
Knowledge of paint products and industry trends
Must be computer proficient. Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is preferred.
Prefer someone who is bilingual.
Customer Service /Retail experience required. Paint experience and product knowledge are preferred.
Hours of Operation are 7:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday.
