Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Managing schedules and appointments
Handling office filing, paperwork, and correspondence
Assisting with project coordination and event planning
Ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment
Performing other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Previous office/administrative experience preferred but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
