Office Administrator/Manager
The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, being able to multitask, and strong attention to detail.
A successful candidate will be responsible for:
Answering all incoming phone calls
Customers service emails-have strong written skills
Handle customer objections- Must excel in Customer service experience
Must excel in Customer service experience
Dispatching, scheduling and monitoring the field techs routes and monitoring their production.
Communicate scheduling changes as necessary to the technician
Inputting estimates, work orders, and invoices.
Collecting checks, credit cards and wire transfers.
Reschedule calls must be professional, pleasant, courteous to our customers-
Position requirements:
Must be able to work Monday - Friday between hours 8am-5pm
Clear, concise and professional verbal communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task and handle pressure
Computer literate w/ strong data entry skills
Able to learn new software
Answer incoming calls
Must be able to multitask and work with little supervision
General office maintenance
Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain timely follow-up on projects
Good work ethic
Type 45-50+ wpm accurately
