De Sol Property Management, Inc. is looking for a part-time (Mon-Wed-Fri) Front Desk Clerk with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills who is proficient in data management and general office duties.
Responsibilities-Front Desk Office:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answers phone, schedules meetings and supports visitors
Carries out duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and in person
Maintains office supplies inventory
