We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team at Next Day Cargo, a trusted freight forwarder since 1993. Responsibilities include:
Quoting air, ocean, in-land, and international freight
Providing shipment status updates to clients
Coordinating with warehouse staff for repacking and order picking
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
Using logistics software (Magaya or similar), Excel, Word, and Outlook
Communicating clearly via email and offering excellent customer service
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred
Strong written communication and organizational skills
