Handling Reservations:
Online & Direct in person Taking and managing customer bookings, including confirming reservations, making changes, and handling cancellations.
Customer Service:
Providing assistance to customers with inquiries about vehicle availability, rental terms, and other related issues.
Rental Process:
Guiding customers through the rental agreement, explaining the terms and conditions, and ensuring accurate paperwork.
Vehicle Management:
Inspecting vehicles upon return, recording any damage, and updating the fleet inventory.
Financial Transactions:
Must have valid drivers license 21 and older. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Flexible hours
Processing payments, & deposits
Problem Solving:
Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Must be able to work weekends. Have a valid drivers license 25 years or older a must.
