Job Summary:
This role combines telephone-based B2B sales with administrative assistance to the manager, ensuring smooth operations and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, quoting, and customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Quoting:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing B2B customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
Prepare and send quotes based on customer requirements.
Follow up on quotes and close deals efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
Managerial Support:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with clients.
Prepare sales reports, customer analyses, and revenue forecasts.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Handle documentation and follow up on purchase orders.
Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone and email.
Knowledge of quoting, pricing, and negotiation.
Proficiency in CRM software and office tools (Excel, Word, email).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
