Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives and departments
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems and organize records (both digital and physical)
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist with special projects and event coordination as needed
Ensure office operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
