Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all properties, including maintenance, cleaning, and guest services.
- Manage property staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks when inspecting the properties
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct pre-check-in inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for guests.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of property maintenance, guest interactions, and staff schedules.
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Coordinator to optimize guest experiences and streamline communication
processes.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to commute between the properties
- Experience in property management or hospitality preferred.
- 40 hours a week
- Overtime and weekend availability
- Salary: $40,000 annually
