Condominium Manager-part time

20 unit condo between A1A and the Atlantic in Ocean Ridge needs a 20 hour/week manager with maintenance skills. Current manager retiring after 5 1/2 years. Manage day to day operations, interact with condo board, accounting firm and vendors, ie lawn and landscaping service, pool maintenance firm, beach cleaning, etc. Help plan and oversee ongoing and future projects, ie lobby and cabana rehab. Maintain condo cleanliness. Perform maintenance projects as needed and able. Interact with owners, with possible side jobs off condominium time as offered and able.
