Experience Marketing Firm seeking high energy Human Resource Manger. This is a virtual position that requires discipline, internet, and modern computer. We do provide health care, needed training, and internal software for you to be successful. You will conduct interviews over the phone and run our hiring campaigns platforms which includes Craigslist, zip recruiter, & indeed. You will also help new associates become familiar with our system and process. While this is a virtual position applicants are only accepted from Palm Beach, Broward, & Dade County.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Pay will increase every other week as you will be more accumulated to the position over time. We pay every week on Friday’s via direct deposit.
Week 1 - $350
Week 3 - $400
Week 5 - $450
Week 7 & beyond - $500
Must be proficient in the below
-Google sheets
-Google docs
-Internet experience using google chrome
-Navigating multiple windows on internet
-Fast communicator via email & phone
-Attention to detail and organized
-Must have up to date computer with internet connection
-Must have smartphone with internet connection
- Must be fast paced and accustomed to facing adversity on a daily basis
