SHIFT LEADER
Shift Leader should:
- Prepare and serve smoothies, salads, toasts, sandwiches and other food items.
- Selling and suggesting our products, assisting customers, operating the POS, cleaning, restocking, and representing our brand.
- Check and maintain quality control of all products that are produced and served in the store.
- Have excellent customer service with all clients in the store.
- Supervise other members of the store, making sure they arrive on time and perform their tasks.
- Verify the orders that arrive to the store. Check all products are in good condition.
- Supervise the task list of FOH/BOH members. Make sure they comply with all their tasks.
- Supervise the restocking of the fridges.
- Food Handler Certification
Provides good Customer Service to clients
Responsible for cashier during the shift.
Previous experience needed.
Needs to speak English
Morning availability 7:00am-3:00pm or afternoon 2:30pm - 8:30pm.
