Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager Trainee Program is a dynamic 6-month training experience designed to cultivate the next generation of restaurant leaders. This position will gain on-the-job training across all key aspects of restaurant operations, from food preparation and guest service to team management and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Rotate through various stations (expeditor, food prep, cashier, drink maker) to learn day-to-day operations.

Learn how to manage shifts, motivate team members, and deliver exceptional guest service.

Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and product quality.

Track inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock efficiently to minimize waste.

Work with the team to achieve daily sales targets and promote upselling techniques.

Learn the fundamentals of profit and loss, budgeting, and cost control.

Resolve guest complaints and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards

Including Cook & Cashier responsibility

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment (or a strong desire to learn).

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
