The Catching Group is a Hospitality Management Group based in Miami, FL, and it owns and manages two full-service restaurant brands: 107 Taste and Cajun Boil. Both brands operate in several locations in the Greater Miami area.
Cajun Boil is a New Orleans-style Seafood restaurant with four locations. Cajun Boil Brickell is seeking a Line Cook to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:
Measure, wash, peel, and prepare ingredients
Cut and portion different types of seafood and meat
Make stock soups
Portion the food and prepare the dishes for plating
Package takeaway food for clients
Accept or reject ingredients from food suppliers
Keep track of ingredient inventory
Clean and sanitize the working surfaces, tools, utensils and working area
Assist Chef in prepping food

Pay: Base pay $17/hour plus bonus; Estimated gross $21-23/hour
