We’re hiring a Cashier Manager for our Café Deli inside Valencia Pointe in Boynton Beach — someone who can lead the front of house but is also comfortable supporting back-of-house tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the cashier station and provide outstanding customer service
Oversee front-of-house staff and maintain a clean, organized space
Assist with light kitchen prep and back-of-house support
Handle opening/closing duties and accurate cash handling
Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Front-of-house experience required; back-of-house experience a plus
Reliable, organized, and proactive with a positive attitude
Fluent in English
Fast-moving, punctual, and professional
Previous experience in a deli setting is a major plus
Schedule:
Mostly 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including weekends
1–2 dinner shifts per week (later closing)
Mondays off
Full-time position
