Candlewood Suites Miami is seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Hotel Manager to help lead daily operations and support the General Manager in delivering an excellent guest experience.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any complaints promptly
- Help manage staff schedules, training, and performance
- Monitor hotel inventory and supplies
- Enforce hotel policies and maintain brand standards
- Handle administrative tasks and reports
- Support the General Manager in all areas of hotel management
Qualifications:
- Prior hospitality or hotel management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, OTA channels) is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
