This position is seasonal with the opportunity for permanent placement for the right candidates. We are seeking part time team members. Flexible schedule and weekend availability required.
Position details: As a barista your primary position will be to make great coffee beverages and learn our sandwich prep station. We serve a variety of sandwiches and heated foods. You will learn our methods, standards and recipes. You will also learn great sales techniques and customer service. The ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a professional and personable attitude is a must. Starting pay is $12 plus GREAT tips. Pay is performance based. The more relevant experience and performance you bring to the table, the more potential earnings you will have. Raises are also performance and attendance based and will be considered only after requirements have been met.
