- The Project Manager, Creative Department, position is a hands on organizational and administrative role, owning various high-impact timelines within the department, documenting new and existing workflows and SOPs, and forecasting team availability for future projects.
- The position has no direct reports but meets regularly with the VP of Creative to realign priorities, establish goals, and provide updates regarding ongoing projects.
- This role, working with the asset management team, retouching teams, and more, ensures all deadlines and deliverables are met, while simultaneously communicating with business partners.
- During pivotal meetings and new implementations, they are required to create documentation of new workflows and update existing SOPs in one central, accessible place.
- This role will support the asset management team and the VP of Creative in Data Asset Management (DAM) duties, such as managing permissions, renewals of the DAM contract, researching the benefits of new modules, and assisting in 1st level DAM support.
- This position will research new technology and processes within creative departments in other companies or that are completely new to the market.
- They will provide constant follow up to the VP of Creative and others in order to reach departmental goals.
- They will follow through with paperwork, review contracts, and collect approvals for vendor meetings and partnerships.
- Project Management: Communicate and follow up with external and internal partners; project tracking; set and manage timelines and milestones; learn/create and train on new workflows and SOPs; develop and report on KPIs as needed, including cost metrics; team forecasting
- Administrative Tasks: Attend and document meetings; assist the VP of Creative in planning meetings according to team schedules; meet with employees and vendors on behalf of the VP of Creative; organize documents in the DAM and in workflow management programs; review contracts and invoices; set up vendors for payment; onboard new hires; payroll time
