Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to effectively communicate with customers, and handle various customer interactions will be key to your success in this role. Please note that this position requires strong phone etiquette, as you will be interacting with customers primarily over the phone. Additionally, proficiency in data entry and the ability to analyze customer needs will be essential for maintaining accurate records and providing personalized support.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.

Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide or obtain additional information

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry

Outbound calling up to 100+ calls per day

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Required Knowledge and skills:

Health insurance license(2-40 or 2-15)

Previous experience in a customer service role

Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy

Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability keep up to date with client book maintenance

Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and customer record management

Familiarity with TLDialer

Familiarity with HeathSherpa

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus overtime and bonuses!

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
