Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to deliver Concierge Customer Service to our growing clientele.
Job Requirements:
Receive a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
Be dependable and reliable (i.e. showing up for your shift on time, taking lunches and breaks on time, and service policies with minimal hold time)
Take notes regarding calls Multi-task
Must work well as part of a team as this position requires you to communicate with other departments
Be detail-oriented, organized, and professional at all times
Type at least 30 wpm
Minimum of 1-year experience in Customer Service/Call center environment
No felonies/misdemeanors as state licensing are required for this position. 440- Experience preferred but willing to invest in the right candidate.
