Leading Roller Shade Manufacturer in N. Fort Lauderdale is looking for a B2B Customer Service Representative.
The Ideal Candidate for this position would be someone who:
Speaks fluent English (Spanish is a +) and has excellent communication skills
Is dependable and has reliable transportation
Is detail oriented with a polite and professional personality
Has moderate to excellent typing skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Has a strong B2B Customer Service background (in person and/or the phone), preferably in the home decorating field
Job description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our growing network of dealers across the United States. You will be the main point of contact for our customers and provide assistance with inquiries, product selection, order input, troubleshooting and product knowledge.
