Our Miami office is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting and binding insurance policies for auto, home, and commercial insurance. You will also handle a high volume of outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and answer incoming quote requests in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule from 8am - 3pm
Pay: $40k - $45k

Job Qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Speak spanish or creole is a plus
