Customer Service Representative for Health Insurance
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
-Experience in Health insurance customer service a plus but not required.
- Previous call center experience is a must!
-The ability to communicate effectively with customers.
-Be computer literate
-Punctual and Dependable
-Motivated Self Starter
As a Customer Service Retention Specialist, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships.
Work Monday-Friday9:00am-6:00 Pm
Have the weekends off
Pay Hourly plus bonus!
