Looking for a knowledgeable hard worker to assist with customer service, order entry, collections and general office duties.

If you are good with people and computers, and enjoy having diverse duties then we hope you will apply. Our very pleasant and professional office is located conveniently in Doral. Company benefits include medical, sick and vacation benefits. Full time only, working from office. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) speaking, reading and writing is required. Full-time, Monday to Friday.

We are a well-established distributor based in Doral, FL, and are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team. We operate three locations nationwide—Miami, Los Angeles, and our headquarters in New Jersey, where we have over 30 employees. In our Miami office, you will be part of a collaborative 10-person team, working in a dynamic environment.

This role is perfect for someone eager to learn all aspects of our business and contribute across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will assist in various areas of the business, including:

Customer Service – Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Order Processing – Enter orders and create purchase orders.

Collections - Working with customer payments and collections

Inventory Management – Track and record inventory, follow up on customer backorders.

Reporting & Administration – Generate reports and maintain records.

Local Deliveries – Occasionally transport small orders using the company vehicle.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

While prior experience is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Proficiency with spreadsheets and email communication helpful

A valid driver’s license is required, English & Spanish fluency, US Citizenship or Working Documents
