Compensation: Starting at $800/week (with training)

As a Customer Relations Associate, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and their customers. You’ll be on the front line—building relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored support throughout the entire client interaction process. Your contributions will directly influence customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers through honest and open communication.

Represent our services with integrity, addressing customer needs and concerns with transparency and empathy.

Resolve customer issues efficiently, including account questions, service concerns, and enrollment guidance.

Learn and support the complete sales cycle to provide end-to-end assistance during customer enrollments.

Collaborate with management to discuss goals, resolve conflicts, and clarify operational details.

Accurately collect and maintain customer data, including contact details and payment preferences, with strict confidentiality.

Track, document, and report all customer interactions, sales, and inquiries for internal review.
