Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Hollywood Florida

We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our collaborative work environment. We are currently seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. Must be able to work in a timely manner with great attention to detail.

Position Overview: As an ON SITE Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing the accounting process, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, certified, and proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, with a strong understanding of all aspects of bookkeeping. A very strong and complete comprehensive knowledge of QUICK BOOKS DESKTOP IS A MUST.

Key Responsibilities: QUICK BOOKS DESK TOP PRO

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collection efforts ,payroll for the 1099 sub contractors and credit card reconciliationsalso Answering phones and office organizing .

Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for filings. Such as 1099 and assuring insurance and compliance from sub contractors .

Collaborate with owners to track job costing and profitability on each and every job.

Assist in the preparation of year-end financial reports and audits.

Implement and maintain efficient bookkeeping systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper preferably in the construction industry.

Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and MS Office Excel .

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with AIA Documents in construction pay requests is a bonus.
