Commercial Real Estate Company is looking for the right full time bookkeeper / administrative assistant to join their team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for financial statements, bookkeeping, accounting software management, journal entries, and other related tasks.
Qualifications
Experience with financial statements, bookkeeping, and journal entries
Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, or similar programs
Experience with Social Media Marketing / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
Punctual, Thinks outside the box,
Great writing skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Pay is $35-40K
