We are seeking a skilled professional who can efficiently manage the financial operations for a small but growing metals fabricator. Previous experience with a contracting company is a plus.
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, and utilizing QuickBooks to streamline financial processes. Compensation is based on experience.
Responsibilities and qualifications:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Manage and maintain payroll records and files
- Excellent customer services skills a must.
- Excellent phone etiquette a must.
- Professional demeanor a must.
- Proficiency in with the MicroSoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Knowledge of MAC computers and Filemaker is also a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment
