Very fast growing Heavy Equipment Repair Company seeking an entry level accountant. The business has been growing for the past 10 years and has tremendous potential. Looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and one to two years of experience is a plus.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
-Utilize your proficiency in quickbooks and Microsoft Excel to keep records and reconciliations. Must be good with numbers.
-Responsible for all bookkeeping.
-Generate Monthly reports, Cash flow tables, Billed Hours reports, etc. The candidate must be familiar with Balance sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, financial statements, etc.
-Be in charge of AR & AP. Bill clients and keep track of invoicing. Must keep all parts vendors paid. Order parts.
-Open to helping with all business needs.
-Improve provider relationships and assist the owner to grow vendor credit accounts.
-Communicate with CPA quarterly to provide updated company standing.
-Must have strong writing and verbal skills. English & Spanish is a must.
-Must have a high level of integrity, professionalism, detail, organization, and dedication. Trust is everything.
-Great communication skills. Will need to communicate daily with coworkers and clients to maintain client satisfaction high. The candidate should be Personable and great to deal with.
-Salary based on experience. ($35K-$70K yearly).
