Overview:
Property Management Company in Deerfield Beach Florida is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in A/R with effective communication skills.
Duties:
- Process of Lockbox and physical transactions
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies
- Communication with clients via phone, email and mailing statements
- Working with Clients to resolve questions with software
- Assisting with other aspects of the accounting office
Experience:
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles preferred - Flexibility to balance varying clients and tasks - Open to assisting other aspects of the accounting office - Strong computer literacy skills on multiple programs
- Proficiency in using CINC accounting software a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must
