OFFERING A $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

This role will require EPA Universal or Type II HVAC certification, previous industry experience, rotating on-call availability, effective verbal and written communication skills with residents, vendors, and team members, and on-call availability. The ideal candidate will find the most success in this role when they can balance the administrative processes with our cutting-edge technology.

A qualified candidate for this Maintenance Manager position can expect starting pay at $34/hr + 20% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly.

Our Maintenance Managers provide quality service to our residents, supervise our maintenance teams, and are responsible for prioritizing, scheduling, and monitoring daily maintenance activities, as well as overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, and preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for their community. They maintain an adequate inventory of supplies for repairs and operate within budgeted amounts, making good financial decisions.

Candidates hired as the result of temporary staffing at a Venterra community or who applied by virtue of an external recruiter are ineligible for sign-on bonuses. Sign-on bonuses are paid out in two 50% increments following hire.
