Maintenance position Full time and part time

Time share oceanfront resort offering full time position with benefits and part time to join our team. position could require shifts including days,nights,weekends,holidays.building and pool maintenance CPO preferred ,experienced in electronic key locks and vertical zone line installation a plus. Must have experience in some basic plumbing , electrical , carpentry and painting . Must be able to carry or lift items up to 50 pounds and push or pull approximatly 100 pounds frequent bending,stooping,standing ability to work outside and kneeling .
