Growing local management company is looking to hire a part time (20 hours/week) office manager for an ocean front condominium in New Smyrna Beach. Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between vendors and management. Knowledge of contracts, agreements and ability to make recommendations on performance
Collection of fees as needed
Answer and return owner calls
Respond to all owner email correspondence
Learn and understand the Association rules and regulations. Willing and able to conduct regular grounds walk - arounds with needed follow-up
Willing and able to assist the Board and management with enforcement of regulations through letters, notices, etc.
Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
The position can lead into additional opportunities and hours.
Qualifications:
Must possess basic clerical skills, typing, computer, phone
Friendly, willing to help
Attentive to questions and comments, timely responses a must, feedback critical
Proactive and self-starter with the ability to ask for help when needed
Accurate, thorough record keeping with attention to detail in all actions
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
