This opportunity is right for you if you are proficient in the following areas: painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, landscape quality control, and irrigation repairs. Candidates must have the desire and ability to address residents’ customer service needs through clear and caring communication. Have the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and are solutions oriented. Willingness and ability to learn industry leading technology to provide efficient and effective service is essential. Qualified candidates must have demonstrated organizational skills in order to prioritize daily schedules to meet property demands.
Position may require certifications in order to address HVAC and pool maintenance needs.
