Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday to start.
7:00am -2:00pm.
Starting hourly wage is $17:50 hourly. Increase after 30-day trial period.
Must be able to work with others. Most work is outside.

You'll need:
Reliable transportation
The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion
Pass a drug and background screen
BASIC DUTIES INCLUDE:
Cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming/sweeping all common areas, mopping, clean glass in all common areas including stairs Daily.
Trash/Recycle removal and disposal, replace trash can liners neatly, in all common areas including garage.
Changing lights bulbs, painting, and light maintenance as needed.
Cleaning of pool and pool deck area.
