Vacation Rental company is seeking condo cleaners/housekeepers.
We are looking to hire immediately and will be calling resumes as they are submitted.
We provide cleaning equipment and all supplies.
What We Offer:
- Average earnings per cleaning is $50/studio, $80 /1 bedroom 1 bath.
- Steady work (including weekends, some minor Holidays) No work on major Holidays.
- Flexible schedule: 1-6 days/week. Pick your days.
- Flexible hours - cleanings are scheduled between 11 AM and 4 PM. No nights.
- Weekly pay via business check
- Work independently as a contractor, meaning that you will need to fill out a w-9 and be responsible for your own taxes.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions as well as company policies and procedures
- General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to self-manage
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail, organized and able to follow a schedule
- Maintain provided equipment in good condition
- Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience is preferred
- Must be able to use a smartphone
- Must be authorized to work in the US
