Located in Clearwater, Florida, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / temporary to hire role.Responsibilities
Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems
Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues Requirements - Call Center Customer Service experience required
Comprehensive knowledge of Provide Technical Support
Basic networking concepts
IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
