You will develop and continuously improve the policies, procedures and material control systems. You will lead project teams within business.Key Responsibilities Key interface with internal procurement team, and supplier to ensure continuity of supply is maintained through weekly supply / demand reviews. Daily expedite of focused actions both internally, and with suppliers to drive RCCA activities Strong SAP system knowledge, with user skills to support data interrogation, extraction, & reporting Ability to create simple project plans, and RAIL’s to project manage business requirements Daily focus upon MOS (management operating system) driving performance Identify opportunities for process improvements within FSR function, and supplier interactions Comfortable driving, and leading meetings with small groups both internally / externally Deliver KPI’s to include Supplier Past Due reduction, and On-Time delivery improvement. Ability to maintain positive cross functional working relationships, while driving timely performance YOU MUST HAVE 3+ years ISC, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Operations or Project Management experience Demonstrated listening, communication, and critical thinking skills to enable trusting relationships to be created within an environment of learning, for continuous improvement and business performance.
