Be a part of a team of Quality Engineers at the Honeywell Clearwater site that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements. You will drive process initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and, product quality.RESPONSIBILITIES: Idea generation Brainstorm solutions Continuous improvement Risk analysis Coordinate resolution Process definition Auditor of process Regulatory reviews Cost improvement analysis Drive technical solutions Customer Interaction U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field 5+ years’ experience in Quality Management Systems Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements Design Review experience First Article Inspection experience Contract/Compliance Review experience Experience in preparing Quality Assurance Contract Estimates AS9100 experienceWE VALUE: Hands on work ethic Out of box thinking Provide clear and concise communications Greenbelt Certified Proficient computer skills Regulatory experience Knowledge of six sigma tools Ability to partner with others on projects Understanding of quality processes Proficient in Quality management system Master’s degreeBENEFITS: Benefits provided may differ by role and location.
