Senior VP - Editorial Development

We are looking for a Senior Vice President within Editorial Development to join the team. This role will be responsible for developing a commercial publishing strategy in the US and new growth markets, the VP Editorial Development will drive regional content acquisition and build partnerships with funders, senior academics and Key Opinion Leaders regionally, to help position Taylor & Francis as a market leader in terms of value and impact of research content.What you will be doing:Drive Researcher Services content growth, KOL acquisition and influence in the US; responsibility for performance and objective attainment in line with strategic objectives Lead, inspire and coach a high level senior team to ensure high engagement, delivery of objectives, and a culture of high performance, in the US and in global growth markets as required Establish, maintain and develop high level relationships with key US customer groups; researchers and research key opinion leaders, funders, societies and institutions, commercial, professional and academic as well as government and regulatory bodies Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings and regional market trends, and generate product and services development ideas Monitor and report on KPIs including revenue, costs, overheads, usage and user behaviours to inform future strategic development Develop and report on budgets and forecasts for the current year and against three-year plans Continually developing the T&F brand and profile, building increasing awareness through representing the company at events globally as required Senior leadership for the Philadelphia office hub
