In this role, you will shape the vision and strategy for business development in this area of the company.What You’ll Be DoingLead and support multi-disciplinary, cross-office project teams on complex geotechnical design efforts.Apply your technical expertise to support the planning, design, and construction of marine and coastal infrastructure projects.Manage and execute geotechnical and geophysical site investigations, including data acquisition, interpretation, and reporting.Develop engineering scopes, technical proposals, and design reports for major waterfront and hydraulic projects.Conduct independent QA/QC reviews and risk assessments on existing site data and past reports.Guide the development of construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.Mentor and support the development of junior and mid-level engineers.Collaborate across time zones and offices in a team-oriented, inclusive culture.Engage in client presentations and proposal efforts to support strategic growth.
