HR Recruiter

Description We are offering a job opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Boca Raton, Florida. This role centers around managing a high volume of applications, conducting screening calls, and drafting offer letters. The HR Recruiter will be working on-site and will be trained on the job.Responsibilities: Review and screen a large volume of job applications on a weekly basis Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates Draft offer letters for successful candidates Operate from the company's new suite on the 4th floor Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth recruitment operations Utilize skills in corporate recruiting and offer letters to fulfill job responsibilities Be proactive in identifying potential problems and taking necessary actions Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to the company's policies and procedures Continuously strive to improve recruitment processes and practices. Requirements Must have proven experience in HR Recruiting Strong skills in Corporate Recruiting are necessary Should be able to efficiently handle the process of sending Offer Letters Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required Should have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment Must have strong decision-making skills Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices Proficient in using HR software and databases Excellent negotiation skills Must have a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving Should be able to handle confidential information discreetly Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
