HR Recruiter

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in the Healthcare/NHS industry. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, you will be tasked with full desk corporate recruiting. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offering job positions. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization. Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a network of professionals to tap into for future staffing needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity, and provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events to increase company's reputation and attract potential hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database. Work closely with the HR team to streamline the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Requirements Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Have a minimum of two years of experience in the Healthcare/NHS sector as an HR Recruiter. Have a strong knowledge of corporate recruiting strategies and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Strong decision-making skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Have a good understanding of employment laws and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Have strong negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance. Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
