Description Robert Half is hiring! We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper within the Boca Raton, Florida area. This position reports to the Accounting Manager at our Client's site and will manage all company ledgers, process payroll, and reconcile invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Our ideal candidate has several years of prior bookkeeping experience, knowledge of large ERP or QuickBooks software, and experience preparing financial statements. We are searching for individuals that have experience in:
Process accounts payable and receivable
Prepare deposits and reconcile company ledgers
Perform account reconciliations and invoicing
Process payroll
Preparing trial balances
Maintaining the general ledger chart of accounts
Reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing and adjusting journal entries
Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts
Posting monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals
Reconciling sub-ledger(s) to general ledger account balances
Preparing financial statements
