Position: Construction Project Manager (Basement Finishing and Remodeling)
Location: Hyattsville, Maryland
Travel: Required to visit job sites on daily basis
Start: IMMEDIATELY
The essential role: effectively plan and oversee the implementations and completion of construction projects.
You will be involved with smaller and mid-size residential remodeling projects (60,000-200,000) which requires a wide verity of knowledge in residential construction (from concrete works to fire protection and mechanical systems).

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has been involved in construction industry for over 10 years, has hands on as well as extensive office/admin work experience. Has a minimum on 5 years in residential remodeling project management. You must be able to lead and guide your team of interior designer, lead carpenter and field carpenters.

6+ Years. 4 weeks (20 Business days, 160 hrs.)
COMPENSATIONS: 100,000-120,000 a year depending on experience plus commission 15-20K a year
